So, what is stress doing to you? What are you doing to manage it? Of course, there are positive ways to manage stress and negative ways. First, you have to eliminate the negative or destructive influences on your health. Then, proceeding with the Positive Psychology approach of building on strengths, getting balance in your life with sleep, exercise and fun is a good beginning. It is important to get the positive thoughts flowing for a self-esteem building inner dialogue.
