Coronavirus & Managing Your Emotions

I am delighted to share with you a great experience and webinar developed by the Texas Bar. TLAP or the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program put together a panel to discuss CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and tools to help manage negative thinking, stress and anxiety regarding all of the issue surrounding the Corona Virus. I couldn’t have been more honored to be on this panel with 3 amazing lawyers and a program that saves lives.  The TLAP staff and program just warms my heart because of their thoughtfulness, caring and help they provide for troubled lawyers and law students.  Chris, Erica, Penni, thank you for including me on your team.
